Georg Wittmann is back. After 15 years of doing absolutely nothing on my Amiga, and many people asking Georg again and again if I would like to release the sourcecodes of Virus and xvs.library, Georg now have decided to do so. But before that, Georg finally want to fix VirusZ and xvs.library for MorphOS, AROS and AmigaOS 4.x systems.
VirusZ is the last one of the classic antivirus programs for Amiga computers that still gets updated (from time to time). This is the first version that works on classic AmigaOS, MorphOS, AROS and AmigaOS 4.x, but due to some limitations it's still a beta-release.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
- Commodities.library v37+ (part of AmigaOS)
- rexxsyslib.library v33+ (part of AmigaOS, for ARexx features)
- xvs.library v33+ or higher
- ReqTools.library (required on AmigaOS4.x)
- ReqToolsUsr.library v2.9 or higher
- xfdmaster.library v37+ or higher
- xadmaster.library v8+ or higher (optional, for scanning inside archives)
- SegTracker (recommended, only classic AmigaOS)
- disassembler.library v40+ or higher (optional, for disassembling bootblocks/memory)
